Hybrid systems and IP platform communication servers combine the traditional features of a phone system with today’s high spec IP capabilities and can be tailored for any type or size of business from small single-site businesses to multi-site companies where interoperability between sites is a must.

This means that even the smallest business can have “big company” features and functionality. Features such as voicemail, voicemail to email, off site extensions and automated auto attendant options are all included in initial basic system configurations.

Multi-site businesses can integrate smaller branch offices back to their main phone system via IP technology, in effect creating their own hosted phone system.

Mobile phones and laptops can become extensions of a new phone system so home workers or staff on the go, can make and receive calls, as if they were in the office.

New low-cost SIP lines

Traditional analogue and digital (ISDN) phone lines are being phased out over the coming few years in favour of far cheaper, cost effective and flexible SIP lines.

These are supplied over an internet connection. With today’s faster and more stable internet connections, SIP lines offer a quick to install & set up, more flexible line solution with generous free call allowances. SIP lines connect directly to your new phone system and offer advantages such as geographic phone number options and instant disaster recovery solutions.

With a multi-site phone system solution, consolidating SIP line usage and phone numbers centrally is a truly cost effective solution.

Superior business grade broadband and leased lines

We supply superior business grade, unlimited use fibre (FTTC) broadband circuits which out-perform more consumer orientated suppliers where fast and stable connections are of the utmost importance.

For locations where fibre broadband isn’t yet available, we have alternative options such as fast dedicated fibre to the premises (FTTP) solutions and also dedicated fibre leased line circuits.

Hosted systems work over an internet connection and are costed on an ongoing rental per handset basis.
